Are you an Assistant Cost Manager or similar? Do you have experience of measurements, valuations and cost reporting?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established yet growing consultancy who work on fast-paced Retail projects and offer bespoke training and progression plans providing a platform to continually develop your career.

This well-established Consultancy work in numerous sectors, primarily retail and have a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over 12m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this varied role you will work on an exciting range of projects as you carry out cost reporting, updating of reports and documents and go through contractor submissions, challenging proposed costs. Further to this you will pull together valuations and certifications as you support senior team members and liasie with other departments.

This varied role would suit an Assistant / Junior Cost Manager or similar looking to join a well-established consultancy who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

  • Work on projects varying in scope and scale within the Retail sector
  • Review contractor proposals, negotiate and challenge contractors costs
  • Carry out measurements, valuations and certifications
  • Pull together valuations and certifications
  • Flexible and Hybrid working available

The Person:

  • Assistant Cost Manager or similar
  • Experience carrying out measurements, valuations, cost reporting and similar
  • Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
