About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, driving best-in-class processes, and providing commercial insight to support ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day financial operations, overseeing a small finance team.
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to drive performance.
- Support integration of acquisitions and scalability of finance systems.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience as a Finance Manager or similar finance leadership role.
- Background in software, SaaS, or technology sectors highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior level.
