About the Role

You will provide holistic financial planning and wealth management advice, tailored to each client’s unique needs and life goals. You will deliver a cohesive and highly personalised service that prioritises clients’ long-term financial wellbeing.

I am seeking an established Wealth Financial Adviser to join the existing dynamic and values-driven team.

This is a key client-facing role for a professional who is both technically skilled and relationship-oriented.

The individual they are looking to appoint must have experience dealing with a wide variety of clients and have a personable approach.

Personal attributes are important; you should be self-motivated but also able to work as part of a wider team.

You will be comfortable meeting with clients face to face and online, liaising with providers and work colleagues, be technically advanced and have a real desire to deliver excellent client outcomes whilst also pursuing your own career objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored advice on investments, pensions, IHT planning, protection, estate planning, and broader wealth strategies.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building deep, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct detailed fact-finding and cashflow modelling to understand clients’ current position and future goals.
  • Collaborate with our client support team, product providers and other professionals to develop and implement financial plans.
  • Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance procedures.
  • Actively contribute to firm-wide goals, including cross-referrals, knowledge sharing, and client service excellence.
  • Engage in business development, client referrals, and professional networking as appropriate.

What will you need to succeed?

  • 4 years Proven experience advising clients in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
  • Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  • Demonstrated success working with complex financial planning cases across a variety of clients
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong ethics and client-first mindset; comfortable working in a fee-based, consultative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, FE analytics, cashflow modelling software.
