Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to their rapidly growing team in the form of a Flexographic Printer. This globally renowned company manufacture labels and supply machinery into the food production industry.
This is working on the day shift Monday – Friday and you can choose your day shift (9am-5pm OR 10am-6pm)
The Role
- Set up and operate flexo printing presses, including ink mixing and colour matching
- Monitor press quality and adjust to maintain high standards
- Inspect reel-end samples and flag defective material
- Follow work instructions, customer specs, and safety procedures
- Record data accurately and complete traceability documentation (BRC)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a tidy work environment
The Candidate
- Experience operating printing machinery (MPS flexo press experience advantageous)
- Detail-oriented with strong quality focus
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible, enthusiastic, with good communication and troubleshooting skills
Salary & Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position, working on the day Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm OR 10am - 6pm and has a salary of £33,000.
