A Milton Keynes based food manufacturer are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineer for their modern production facility.
As a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer you will provide engineering support to the production area and be responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance of plant, equipment, and any auxiliary systems.
- 3 on 3 off (12 hour shifts) DAYS only
This is a great opportunity to work in a modern food manufacturer that is seeing significant investment being made across multiple sites in the group with the aim of becoming number one in their sector.

Key responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
- Assist team to work towards maximum plant and equipment efficiency so downtime is minimised
- Ensure planned engineering tasks are delivered on time and in full
- Ensure good repair / manufacturing practices and procedures are followed
- Ensure completion of planned maintenance documents / CMMS
- Work closely with production staff to achieve daily targets
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to drive efficiency and process improvements
Experience and skills required:
- Qualified maintenance engineer with C&G's or BTEC Level 3 or ideally HNC / HND level
- Multi skilled, mechanical and electrical skills / experience
- Apprenticeship trained
- Proactive attitude to solving issues and supporting production
- FMCG / Food manufacturing experience would be desired, but not essential
