Production Operator/Forklift Driver Required Milton Keynes - Start ASAP
Are you an experienced Process Operator with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence? Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company? We have a fantastic temp-to-perm position available in Milton Keynes that could be perfect for you!
This hands-on role is vital to the smooth running of our client's production operations. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring materials and processes are handled efficiently and safely.
Key Info:
- Working Hours: Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday)
- Rate: 14.80 - 17.00 per hour
- Employment basis: Temp to perm
- Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and mixing materials
- Operating machinery
- Manual handling (up to 12kg-25kg)
- Inventory management and materials handling
- Overseeing quality control processes
- Monitoring and supporting manufacturing workflow
- Reporting and resolving any equipment or process issues
- Completing shift handovers and start-up duties
- Using internal systems and completing admin tasks
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift
- Taking full ownership of the processing area
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Inventory and materials handling experience
- Confident computer skills
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
