Aftersales Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6:00pm
Salary: £28,000
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer interactions and services
- Responsibility for communication between the customer and the workshop
- Responsible for scheduling appointments
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating with mechanics and technicians and managing service workflows.
- Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately documenting and updating customer records
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work and customer service.
Advantageous:
- Previous experience in aftersales
