Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor with a passion for supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs? The Role:
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with clear progression routes
- Competitive daily rate of 100-120
- Delivering and covering lessons across the GCSE and Functional Skills curriculum
- Providing consistent structure and boundaries to learners with SEMH and behavioural needs
- Working within a dynamic specialist provision that prioritises both academic and personal development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a school setting
- Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively
- Understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed approaches
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential
