Range of 18k - 20k basic. 5-10% commission, based upon experience.
OTE of between 35k - 45k.
Monday - Saturday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with days off being Thursday and Sunday.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join this award-winning family-owned agency based in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will need to have their own car and clean licence.
Your Responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales journey.
* Conducting property valuations and advising clients on pricing strategies.
* Viewings and Negotiations:
* Arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful sales transactions.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
* Staying informed about local property trends and market conditions.
You will need
* Previous experience in estate agency or sales negotiation is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales
