Scheduler – Office-Based (Milton Keynes)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join a busy scheduling team based in Milton Keynes. This is an office-based role, so candidates must be comfortable commuting to and working from the office daily.
About the Role
As a Scheduler, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations by allocating work to a team of operatives, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and excellent customer service for clients and residents.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule work for up to 20 operatives each day, ensuring diaries are full and efficiently managed

Monitor the system for emergency jobs and allocate them quickly to meet service level agreements

Handle job variations via telephone, gaining necessary approvals to ensure work progresses smoothly

Arrange inspections with supervisors and provide daily support

Maintain a high level of customer service, both over the phone and face-to-face

Achieve a minimum of 60 new work order allocations per day

Work closely with your team to meet shared targets and goals
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics, ideally within a property services, construction, or similar environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.
