We have a great opportunity for an experienced Validation & Verification Engineer based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Validation & Verification Engineer

  • Organise, direct and perform Verification and Validation testing of products.
  • Run entire validation and verification projects from inception through to release.
  • Create test plans and schedules.
  • Design and prepare electro-mechanical fixtures for DVT, environmental validation and other ATE systems. 
  • prepare detailed statistical analysis of results and reporting as required.
  • Provide first line support of the test systems.
  • Understand concepts of PFMEA, DFMEAs, control plans and IATF requirements. 

Requirements for a successful Validation & Verification Engineer

  • HND or equivalent in electronics.
  • Methodical with a structured approach to time management and task execution. 
  • Experience in a test/test design environment.
  • Product/component testing experience.
  • Experience in qualification/environmental/validation testing.
  • PCB design and layout skills. 
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
