We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Technician to join our Warranty Department. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that customer returns and warranty claims are handled swiftly, fairly, and to the highest standard.

The Role

As a Warranty Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the return and processing of warranty items in line with company and supplier policies.

  • Ensuring customer complaints and technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure warranty returns are processed accurately and efficiently.

  • Communicating key warranty and product insights to internal departments.

  • Providing technical and warranty support to UK-based customers.

The Person

Reporting to the Warranty & GSR Manager, the ideal candidate will:

  • Be confident in managing their own workload and making sound warranty decisions.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be a clear and professional communicator who enjoys working directly with customers.

  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a track record of achieving goals.

  • Possess solid knowledge of Road and MTB bikes, with technical understanding of Shimano products being a distinct advantage.

  • Be Cytech Level 1 or 2 qualified (or equivalent).
