Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Planning Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role supports our clients planning department by ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, documentation, and communication across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules and planning systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the planning team
- Prepare and distribute reports, minutes, and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Monitor progress and flag potential delays or issues
- Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with planning or project management software is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6 month temporary contract
- 13-14 per hour
