Destination Planning Manager / Destination Services Coordinator  Location: Remote (occasional UK travel)Contract: Full-timeSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience  A leading travel organisation is looking for an experienced Destination Planning Manager / Destination Services Coordinator to join their Operations team. This role focuses on planning and delivering safe, high-quality, and engaging expedition itineraries across global destinations.  Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, cost, and manage travel itineraries from start to finish
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers
  • Ensure safety and risk protocols are met across all trips
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics and budgets
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including itinerary packs and financial records
  • Monitor global developments and update risk assessments accordingly
  • Support continuous improvement of travel products
  What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in travel planning, operations, or product development
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Confident in supplier negotiation and commercial planning
  • Understanding of risk and safety in international travel
  • Clear, confident communication and attention to detail
  • First- hand travel experience in South/Southeast Asia and Europe (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint or CRM systems is an advantage
