- Plan, cost, and manage travel itineraries from start to finish
- Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers
- Ensure safety and risk protocols are met across all trips
- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics and budgets
- Maintain accurate documentation, including itinerary packs and financial records
- Monitor global developments and update risk assessments accordingly
- Support continuous improvement of travel products
- Experience in travel planning, operations, or product development
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confident in supplier negotiation and commercial planning
- Understanding of risk and safety in international travel
- Clear, confident communication and attention to detail
- First- hand travel experience in South/Southeast Asia and Europe (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint or CRM systems is an advantage
