Senior HSE Advisor – Milton Keynes

The Role

As Senior HSE Advisor, you will:

  • Support the reduction of SHE risks and hazards across the site

  • Deliver appropriate Health and Safety training to employees

  • Undertake workplace inspections and audits

  • Support the implementation of the new group SHE management system

  • Manage reporting and escalation requirements

  • Oversee contractors and visitors on site

  • Implement group SHE initiatives and campaigns locally

  • Deploy strategy and systems to strengthen compliance

  • Complete risk assessments and lead risk management activities

  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis

  • Identify unsafe practices and conditions, driving corrective actions

  • Champion safety culture and behaviours through hands-on engagement

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about Health, Safety and Environment, with a proactive and engaging approach

  • Enjoys coaching, educating, and influencing employees at all levels

  • Holds a NEBOSH Certificate (minimum requirement)

  • Has proven operational SHE experience in an industrial setting (manufacturing, logistics, or similar)

  • Has led practical initiatives that empower and encourage employee engagement

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by continuous improvement
