Teaching Assistant - Milton Keynes

Interaction Education are delighted to currently be supporting a school in Milton Keynes that we work very closely with in their search for Teaching Assistants, to join their team on short term and temporary contracts up until Christmas.

The key responsibilities for this role are below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

• Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning.

• Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation.

• Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or specific learning needs.

• Help promote positive behaviour and a safe, supportive learning environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
