Cleaning Supervisor

Here atFind My Staffwe are recruiting on behalf of our client based inMilton Keynes ,for an ongoingCleaning Supervisor,this role is based on a shift rota of 4 on 2 off, would comply of two shifts you would need to be available for both, 6.30am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, this contract is a 32.5 hour week paying 15 ph.

Duties:

• Supporting the line manager with the operational delivery of the Cleaning, Waste and Customer Service teams
• Motivate and monitor your team to achieve the best standard and practices
• Be involved in the rota management and stock control levels
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance to health and safety
• Work alongside HR in training and developing your team
• Be involved in training exercises and toolbox talk

What you will need:

• Experience in leading a team
• Able to deliver good customer service skills and the ability work on your own initiative
• Good computer literacy skills and competent on Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and extensive cleaning knowledge i.e IOSH
