- Experience of handling complete Life Cycle Recruitment.
- Very good understanding of technical and leadership hiring and ability to source through job boards and non-conventional methods
- Ability to guide the team as needed and ensure 100% compliance in recruitment processes is adhered to.
- Strong understanding of Employment laws, labour law compliance and good understanding of hiring processes in Europe Region
- Strong Customer stakeholder management both internal and external
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS office tools
- Should be willing to work in a team and handle wide range of customer stakeholders within the organization and globally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Strong experience in leading TA function for Europe Market - across countries
- Understanding of labour laws, GDPR, compliance is a must
