  • Experience of handling complete Life Cycle Recruitment.
  • Very good understanding of technical and leadership hiring and ability to source through job boards and non-conventional methods
  • Ability to guide the team as needed and ensure 100% compliance in recruitment processes is adhered to.
  • Strong understanding of Employment laws, labour law compliance and good understanding of hiring processes in Europe Region
  • Strong Customer stakeholder management both internal and external
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • Should be willing to work in a team and handle wide range of customer stakeholders within the organization and globally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Strong experience in leading TA function for Europe Market - across countries
  • Understanding of labour laws, GDPR, compliance is a must
