HR Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Supporting managers with HR advice across performance, disciplinary, absence, grievances and other employee relations matters
  • Leading on end-to-end ER cases with confidence and care
  • Attending and supporting formal meetings as the go-to HR contact
  • Coaching managers to strengthen their HR knowledge and people management skills
  • Contributing to initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and performance
  • Partnering with teams on organisational change, recruitment, and development initiatives

HR Advisor Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role with solid knowledge of employment law
  • Great communicator who’s calm under pressure and thrives in a team
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing people at all levels
  • Proactive, organised, and always looking for smarter ways of working
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable managing day-to-day office communications
  • Flexible and happy to travel to other sites when needed
