We 're supporting our client with not one but two exciting Account Manager opportunities to join a forward-thinking team where your contribution will directly impact customer retention and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with customers over the phone to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nature relationships with assigned customers, understanding their needs and offering bespoke solutions.
  • Drive revenue and profitability by managing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Meet call KPI's through consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
  • Expand existing accounts by securing additional business through proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with wider sales teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide updates on your accounts.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and MS tools.
  • Take ownership of personal development through ongoing learning and performance reviews.

Candidate Profile:

  • Have provided customer service over the phone, ideally in a sales or account management role.
  • Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Can deliver and outstanding customer experience
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid educational background, particularly in Maths and English.
  • Background in manufacturing or automation industries would be advantageous.

The basic salary for this role is 28,000pa with the opportunity to earn up to 1,200 commission per month.
