They are seeking Technical Account Manager provide essential support for a range of innovative real estate software solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, helping to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across the company's product suite. You will work directly with clients to ensure successful product implementations and upgrades, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues by utilising strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide customer support during software implementations and updates, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, conducting thorough research and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and document more complex cases, contributing to the overall team success.
