- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine business needs using interviews, surveys, and workshops. Translate these into actionable technology deliverables.
- Act as the key liaison for technology requirements within the supported business area. Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Assist in grooming the product backlog—ensuring it is well-structured, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with Software Engineers during sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Provide ongoing clarification of requirements and assist in resolving blockers.
- Define test scenarios, coordinate with end users, and lead UAT sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Actively participate in and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.
- Experience in the Conveyancing or Legal industry is essential.
- Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst in fast-paced software delivery environments.
- Strong background in delivering successful technology initiatives in customer-centric industries.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Software, and Confluence.
