Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice IT Helpdesk Analyst to assist with the smooth running of business systems by supporting day to day issues raised through their help desk. There will also be lots of projects and upgrades to get involved in!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Providing 1st line support for IT infrastructure and systems

• Responding to help desk tickets

• Testing of development and upgrades

• Report creation and maintenance

• Carry out routine tasks as assigned

Required skills and experience:

• Keen interest in IT

• Team player

• Windows 10 or 11, Word, Excel

Desirable:

Any knowledge/experience of the following:

• SQL Databases, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, Jira, ODBC Reporting, ERP or warehouse systems, AWS, Active Directory, Exchange, Window Server 2016 or above, Virtualisation, Basic understanding of networking

• Providing a service to others
