IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) required by my leading Milton Keynes based client.
You will be recruited to ensure seamless delivery of IT services across the company, aligning with business needs and SLAs.
Acting as the key liaison between IT and the business, you will oversee service operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
A core focus is on optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Management & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Handle escalations and lead major incident resolution.
- Drive continuous service improvements and change management.
- Monitor and report on service KPIs and performance.
Also, they require you to drive Vendor & Supplier Management, Licensing & Asset Management and Stakeholder Engagement.

Skills
- 4+ years in IT service delivery in complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Proven leadership in service improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certified; strong grasp of ITIL practices.
- Experience in licensing compliance and contract management.
- Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow or Splunk.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
You must possess excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
