Join a high-growth tech-led organisation where you’ll lead delivery of complex software and product initiatives that shape operations, automation, and customer experience.What you’ll be doing:You'll join a high-performing PMO and take ownership of cross-functional delivery in an Agile SAFe environment. You’ll work with ringfenced product teams (BAs, Developers, Architects) across high-transactional systems, helping to scale complex data pipelines, software integrations, and automation tools.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of digital and operational initiatives with real business impact
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Ensure alignment with SAFe Agile principles across teams and workstreams
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, RAID logs, and sprint metrics using JIRA and Agile reporting tools
  • Coordinate delivery across real-time data streams, APIs, automation, and third-party platforms
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and report on delivery status, risks, and opportunities
What we’re looking for:
  • 5–10 years’ experience in Agile-led project/programme delivery, ideally within SAFe Agile frameworks
  • Experience delivering complex software, digital products, or data systems in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and iterative delivery
  • Ability to navigate and manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery dashboards
