- Managing the end-to-end claims process — including investigation, negotiation, and settlement
- Advising clients across a range of corporate liability claims (EL, PL, motor, property)
- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, adjusters, and legal representatives
- Acting as a key point of contact on large or contentious cases
- Supporting and mentoring junior handlers, driving team excellence
- Analysing claims trends and helping reduce future risk exposure
- Occasionally visiting clients to assess claims or support in times of loss
- Presenting performance updates and contributing to strategy discussions
- Solid experience within commercial insurance claims, ideally with liability exposure (EL/PL, motor, or property)
- Previous experience within a brokerage environment (essential)
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex or sensitive cases with confidence
- A proactive, organised and supportive approach to teamwork
- CII qualifications (or working towards) are desirable but not essential
- £40,000 – £45,000 salary, depending on experience
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the Milton Keynes office, 3 from home
