At Debbie Burbage Recruitment, we’re pleased to be working exclusively with our Milton Keynes client to assist them in recruiting a capable and reliable Sales, Purchasing and Ecommerce Administrator to join their team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their day, has a strong sense of responsibility, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. You'll be working within a clean, office environment, dealing with medium-volume, high-value products to ensure the accurate and timely handling of sales, purchasing, and Ecommerce administration.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance and Office Manager. You’ll be involved in a broad range of day-to-day tasks, including:

  • Accurately processing goods in and out, ensuring stock is received correctly and booked in with the correct labels.
  • Preparing and dispatching customer orders, ensuring everything is picked, packed, and documented properly.
  • Handling courier collections and returns (RMAs).
  • Managing sales and purchase order processing, including credit checks, customer acknowledgements, and invoicing.
  • Processing Ecommerce orders.
  • Keeping the storeroom and workspace clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • Supporting stock takes as needed.
  • Looking after incoming and outgoing post.
  • Managing your inbox and supporting general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
  • Answering phone calls politely and professionally, and directing queries appropriately.

  • You’re confident using computer systems and are happy learning new ones.
  • You take pride in keeping things neat, efficient, and accurate.

Remuneration

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm
  • Holidays: 25 days plus statutory days
