Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced skills in creating graphs, developing formulas, and rewriting operational procedures. This role also involves training colleagues on these systems to ensure efficient and standardized processes. The Warehouse Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, optimizing workflows, and supporting the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update warehouse records, including inventory, stock levels, and shipment logs, using Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements) to streamline data analysis.
- Create and present clear, professional graphs and charts in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to visualize warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and productivity trends.
- Draft, revise, and standardize warehouse procedures and documentation in Microsoft Word to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Train warehouse staff and colleagues on Microsoft Office tools, focusing on Excel for data entry, formula usage, and report generation, as well as Word for document management.
- Coordinate with warehouse and management teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting in inventory management systems, leveraging Microsoft Office for integration.

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with demonstrated experience in creating complex formulas, graphs, and professional documentation.
- Proven ability to rewrite and standardize operational procedures to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Experience in training or mentoring colleagues on software tools, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively train and collaborate with team members.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
