A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its award-winning Employment team in Milton Keynes. The OpportunityYou will be part of a highly respected team advising a broad range of clients, including major corporates, FTSE companies, and public sector organisations. Your work will cover:

  • Advising on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Handling complex Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Supporting corporate transactions with employment advice
  • Advising on senior exits, TUPE, restructures, and redundancy exercises
  • Delivering client training and supporting business development initiatives

You will have significant responsibility for client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and playing an active role in the ongoing growth of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law
  • Strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Excellent client management, drafting, and advocacy skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and solution-driven approach
