Role: Fleet Specialist Start: ASAP subject to completion of compliance checksDuration: 12 months initiallyRate: £15.90 per hour PAYE Location: Tongwell, MK/WFH - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from homeHours: 37.5 hours per week - 08:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch breakYour New Role: Overview:To drive new business generation on behalf of our client and the Agent network, by proactively engaging with companies across the UK. This role focuses on outbound prospecting via telephone, identifying and qualifying company car opportunities, and nurturing potential leads. By effectively uncovering customer needs and generating interest, you will secure high-quality opportunities/leads for our agent network. Ultimately contributing to increased sales opportunities and business growth.Responsibilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with prospective customers.A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.A competitive, proactive & tenacious approach to prospecting, with a willingness to make outbound calls and follow up persistently.Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring leads are relevant and aligned with business goals.Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges in a consultative sales environment.Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on progress.Passion for the automotive industry, with a willingness to stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.What You'll Need to Succeed:Excellent oral and written communicationsAbility to demonstrate systematic thought processes and plan and manage own workload/delivery.Strong customer focus.
