We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our warehouse operations. Based in Milton Keynes, this role offers the opportunity to lead a warehouse team, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance within a fast-paced food environment.
 
Warehouse Manager key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including packing inspection, goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch.
Manage and optimise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Lead and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
Carry out regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where required.
Drive operational improvements, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Develop, coach, and motivate your team to achieve operational targets while maintaining high standards of morale and engagement.
 
About You:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior supervisory role within the FMCG or food sector.
Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), stock control, and packing inspection processes.
Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
Experience conducting safety and compliance audits.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to maintain standards and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
