Vehicle Damage Assessor (Estimator) - Milton Keynes - Up to 45,000
A leading accident repair centre in Milton Keynes is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled estimator looking to work with a forward-thinking organisation that values technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous training.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and producing detailed repair estimates using Audatex. The role involves managing a wide variety of vehicles including Electric and Hybrid models, with access to the latest repair techniques and systems. Regular liaison with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships, and customers will form a key part of the job.
The Estimator will also:
Create accurate damage assessments following manufacturer repair methods
Use systems such as Audatex and Autoflow (or similar bodyshop management platforms)
Plan and manage daily workload to meet Service Level Agreements
Maintain a high standard of repair knowledge and customer service
Act as a professional representative in all communications and engagements
Candidate Profile:
Applicants must have proven experience in a similar Estimator/VDA role within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. Confidence in using Audatex and familiarity with bodyshop management systems are essential. Additional training will be provided on electric vehicles, Autoflow, and OEM systems as needed.

Clean UK driving licence (essential)

Salary up to 45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm (42 hours per week)
