The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of all electrical aspects of the residential project. This role requires leadership, coordination, and a strong understanding of electrical systems, residential building practices, and safety standards. You'll oversee daily site operations, manage electricians and subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the on-site electrical team (in-house and subcontractors)

  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient workflow and task completion

  • Ensure all installations comply with the NEC and local building codes

  • Work closely with project managers, builders, and other site supervisors

  • Monitor material use, deliveries, and equipment on-site

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress

  • Report daily progress and site updates to the project management team

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Gold ECS card

  • SMSTS

  • 5+ years of experience in residential electrical installation and supervision

  • Previous experience managing on-site crews in residential construction

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
