Are you passionate about quality, process improvement, and driving excellence across the production lifecycle? Are you experienced in developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and systems to monitor and improve the overall quality?
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assessor to join our team based in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
 
The Quality Assessor key responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Systems: Develop and implement robust quality control procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Product Quality Oversight: Monitor the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure adherence to quality control measures at every stage.
Quality Improvement Initiatives: Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Quality Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, audits, and all quality-related documentation to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
Training and Mentoring: Train staff on quality control methods, food safety practices, and quality standards. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
Auditing: Lead and support internal and external audits. Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and track their effectiveness.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Customer Feedback and Complaints: Respond to customer feedback related to product quality. Investigate complaints, determine root causes, implement solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
