Key Responsibilities for a Project Coordinator
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project profiles.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent and clear daily communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide crucial support with tender opportunities, including verifying pricing receipt with main contractors.
- Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with main contractors and partners to enhance overall project conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough analysis and deliver insightful monthly reports on key project success metrics.
- Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads, while also providing support for outbound marketing campaign activities.
- Coordinate the lead qualification process and effectively manage project leads sourced from external databases.
- Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
Key Skills for a Project Coordinator
- 4-5 years in a B2B Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support role
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving attitude
