We're seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lead qualification process, working closely with our clients Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities for a Project Coordinator

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project profiles.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent and clear daily communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide crucial support with tender opportunities, including verifying pricing receipt with main contractors.
  • Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with main contractors and partners to enhance overall project conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and deliver insightful monthly reports on key project success metrics.
  • Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads, while also providing support for outbound marketing campaign activities.
  • Coordinate the lead qualification process and effectively manage project leads sourced from external databases.
  • Occasional travel within the UK may be required.

Key Skills for a Project Coordinator

  • 4-5 years in a B2B Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional and engaging telephone manner
  • Strong problem-solving attitude
