GBR Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a Global market leading E-commerce business, recruiting for an experienced 360 degree Marketing professional to join their team as a Marketing Co-ordinator, carrying out some content production, plus coordinating Marketing activity & carrying out Marketing Administration duties too.

This is a Hybrid role, working 3 days in the Central MK office & 2 days from the comfort of your own home.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be a key part of an exciting & highly motivated Marketing team, supporting an array of different Marketing projects that engage their customers & supports the European sales team with Marketing Literature, plus product guides.

You will be involved in the preparation of new Product Guides & amending information on current Product Ranges, along with organising updates & reviews of all printed & online-based Marketing materials, supporting promotions, product launches & other Marketing initiatives.

Also you will be involved in the planning, localisation & creation of new Sales materials & other literature.

You will work closely with multi-linguists in uploading pre-written content & as well as personally working on some production of Marketing content for a large number of European websites in different languages, so an excellent understanding and appreciation of the value of correct & accurate copy in English, plus other languages is key. You don’t need to speak another language as the Multi-linguist Content Writers will produce the content that you upload online (although it would be good if you do) but an affinity for the nuances of different languages is important.

Duties:

  • Main part of the role is all Marketing Administration & the coordination of Marketing activities ensuring all Marketing collateral is on point
  • An equally key part of this role is Copy Editing & Copy Writing, plus Proof Reading too.
  • Maintain & organise product ranges library & product ranges sales materials, working on content that is published across 20+ countries
  • Planning & development support for updating marketing materials.
  • Work closely with Designers to ensure marketing content is being modified & kept in the correct tone of voice.
  • Organise & review marketing materials used across varying media channels, to ensure accuracy of content & consistency.
  • Reviewing PDF (Adobe Acrobat), PowerPoint presentations & Videos.
  • Supporting product updates / amendments & NPD releases.
  • You will work with the Senior Translation Specialist who will assist you in putting together the translated marketing materials.
  • You will also produce some of your own content from time to time.
  • Working on web based project platforms.

Experience:

  • Experienced in Marketing Administration & Coordination
  • Experienced in Copy Editing, Copy Writing & Proof Reading
  • Marketing qualification
  • Experienced in working on web based project platforms / systems
  • Analytical skills & Data driven
  • 360 Degree Marketing experience Digital & Traditional formats
