Service Engineer Join Our Expanding Team!

Electron-X is growing, and our Service Support team is at the heart of it! We are seeking a talented Service Engineer to support the maintenance, servicing, and repair of X-ray systems across the UK. With the recent expansion of our Service Department, this is an exciting time to join a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of a variety of X-ray solutions for a diverse range of industries.

Your Role

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • On-site servicing of customer X-ray equipment and facilities across the UK.
  • Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, control, and instrumentation faults.
  • Routine maintenance of our in-house X-ray machines and equipment.
  • Managing spare parts stock and ensuring availability for both customer and in-house repairs.
  • Accurate documentation, keeping detailed records of site visits, breakdowns, and repairs.

What Were Looking For

  • Degree or HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience with electro-mechanical systems.
  • Willingness to travel across the UKlonger trips may require overnight stays.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Quick learner, ready to take on new skills and responsibilities.
  • Broad knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Full clean driving license required.
