Are you passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the automotive industry? Our luxury motor industry client is looking for a confident and consultativeLead Generation Retail Specialistto join our dynamic team on a 12-month temporary basis.
The Role
As a Retail Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for both current and prospective customers, engaging with them via multiple sales channelsincludingOutbound TelephonyandLiveChat. Your goal? To influence and qualify customer interest into high-quality leads for our networkwhile maintaining full compliance withFCAregulatory guidelines.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a consultative approach, ensuring adherence toFCAandGDPRregulations.
- Convert 15% of Outbound Telephony customer contacts into network leads by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve a 25% lead conversion rate throughLiveChatby identifying suitable vehicles in our Online Showroom.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and financial offerings.
What Youll Bring

- Experience in a regulated sales environment (automotive preferred).
- The drive to meet and exceed lead conversion targets.
- Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills.
