About the Role:

As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll be instrumental in delivering an enriched and inclusive curriculum, tailored to inspire learners aged 5-7. You’ll work in a nurturing environment that values innovation, wellbeing, and collaboration, helping pupils develop strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum

  • Track and assess pupil progress, using data to inform responsive teaching

  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes emotional resilience and social development

  • Collaborate closely with teaching colleagues, support staff, and families to drive pupil success

  • Uphold high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and classroom management

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (or EYFS/KS2 crossover experience)

  • A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and a toolkit of evidence-based teaching strategies

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • A growth mindset and a genuine passion for supporting children at the start of their learning journey
