What You'll Be Doing

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will:

Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers, designing the most effective recruitment routes and methods for each campaign.

Manage both internal and external recruitment activity across multiple disciplines.

Draft and place recruitment advertising, select suitable channels, and support assessment and interviewing processes.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers, positioning Resourcing as a trusted partner.

Work with external suppliers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.

Maintain accurate recruitment data for management information and reporting.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of updated policies and processes.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys balancing advisory, process, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

You should bring:

Experience of recruitment processes, including advertising, routes to market, assessment tools, and interview methods.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence effectively.

Knowledge of recruitment-related legislation and Civil Service Recruitment Principles.

Confidence in managing suppliers and monitoring campaign effectiveness.

Experience using applicant tracking systems or online databases.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Experience analysing recruitment data and providing reports.

Desirable:

Understanding of Civil Service employment terms.

Experience across both public and private sectors.

Exposure to collaborative working with third-party suppliers.

This role is reserved for British citizens only and requires SC security clearance.
