We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our client, a reputable and global family run business in the dental industry. With a supportive team and atmosphere, they are looking for a new addition to their team who can multitask and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating travel and accommodation bookings, managing office supplies, processing orders and invoicing external partners as well as any adhoc tasks to support the office team.

Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm

  • Coordinating and booking travel and accommodation for staff and visitors

  • Handling inbound calls
  • General administrative support including filing and data entry to support the Office Manager

  • Experience in administration or office support
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
