Role: Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (fully office-based)
Salary: £30,000
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Administrator to join our client’s successful team.

A family-run business with a friendly, down-to-earth culture that’s growing fast. Based in spacious, modern offices in Milton Keynes, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of around 33 people who take pride in doing things properly and looking after each other. You will be working alongside the Office Manager to support the daily operation.

Duties of an Administrator:
- Being the first point of contact: answering and directing calls in a professional, helpful manner
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team and Office Manager
- Processing invoices and updating records with accuracy
- Formatting and preparing quotes to send to clients
- Organising company events: sourcing venues/hotels and coordinating suppliers/entertainment
- Light-touch credit control and chasing unpaid invoices when required
- Managing diaries, meeting rooms and travel/accommodation bookings
- Maintaining tidy, well-stocked communal areas (e.g. kitchen supplies)
- General office tasks such as post, stationery orders and filing
What we would like from you:
- Proven administrative experience in a busy, fast-paced office
- Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable handling numbers; invoicing/credit control experience is an advantage
- Proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Happy to be fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
