Office Manager – IFA Practice
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 FTE (pro rata)

The Role
We at Recruit UK are working with a growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm based in Milton Keynes to find an experienced Office Manager. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and expanding practice, where you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate client communications, manage workloads for senior staff, and support both office-based and remote team members. The role offers flexibility, starting part-time with the potential for a job share in 2026, or full-time from the outset for the right candidate, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate new client enquiries and manage a growing client list of 250+
- Liaise with investment companies and pension administrators
- Manage pension administration processes
- Book and confirm client appointments
- Handle client review processes efficiently
- Manage workloads for senior staff
- Supervise the office-based team (currently 3 people) and coordinate with 2+ remote staff

Requirements
- Previous experience in financial services, ideally within an IFA environment
- Proficient in back-office systems (Enable/Benchmark preferred)
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people management skills
