Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting a great school in Buckinghamshire in their search for an Exams Officer.

This role would suit someone with previous Exams Officer experience, and someone with a keen desire to support a schools Examiniations process.

Key responsibilities for the below can be found below:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and oversee the planning and delivery of all public and internal exams.

  • Liaise with exam boards, staff, students, and parents regarding exam arrangements.

  • Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.

  • Manage exam entries, timetables, rooming, and invigilation schedules.

  • Oversee secure storage and distribution of exam papers.

  • Coordinate access arrangements and special considerations where necessary.

  • Ensure accurate recording and timely submission of results and post-results services.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competent in using data management systems and Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an educational setting
