Hours - 9.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday

Are you curious by nature, technically minded, and eager to become an expert in smart lighting systems? We're looking for a Lighting Controls Technical Product Specialist to join a well-established manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse lighting controls portfolio and become the go-to person for all things controls-related, from wireless systems to central management platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the in-house expert for lighting controls systems and devices.
  • Managing technical enquiries and ensuring system compatibility with lighting products.
  • Troubleshooting issues and mitigating problems post-installation.
  • Collaborating with sales teams and customers to define requirements and present solutions.
  • Maintaining documentation and supporting production and installation processes.
  • Building relationships with third-party controls partners to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Experience or knowledge of DALI lighting controls is essential.
  • Ability to listen, understand problems, and apply product knowledge to solve them.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning a product portfolio.
  • Comfortable communicating across departments and with people at all levels.
  • Office-based experience and familiarity with professional environments.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of D4i, Bluetooth, and NLC systems.
  • Experience using SolidWorks CAD software.
  • Graduate with an electronics degree, showing enthusiasm and awareness of current trends.
