Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Foster a caring, safe, and engaging learning environment where children flourish, develop self-confidence and independence, and show respect for others.
- Encourage students to work hard and maintain a positive attitude towards learning, helping them to become confident in their abilities.
- Raise and sustain high standards in education through innovative teaching practices.
- Engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents to build a community-oriented educational environment.
- Contribute to a dynamic team, continuously seeking excellence for all students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven ability to raise and sustain high educational standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, and parents.
