ACS Staffing Solutions is looking for an Engagement Lead to be a driving force in shaping the culture, wellbeing, and performance of our agency colleagues working onsite.

As the Engagement Lead, you will work in close partnership with the management team, acting as the first point of contact for new starters, managing performance and attendance, and championing engagement initiatives that create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities as an Engagement Lead
  • Welcome all new agency colleagues, ensuring a smooth and positive start
  • Provide essential information and set expectations from day one
  • Monitor and support new starters throughout their first week

Engagement
  • Actively monitor workplace behaviour, health & safety compliance, and work ethic
  • Conduct monthly listening sessions across all shifts and report feedback to the account manager
  • Distribute and analyse monthly staff surveys
  • Celebrate colleague successes regularly throughout the year
  • Manage and communicate rotas in collaboration with the on-site Resourcing Team

Operational Performance
  • Record and manage attendance, performance, and conduct of agency colleagues
  • Handle return-to-work interviews and document absences
  • Backfill absences and performance gaps as needed
  • Support section managers in performance reviews and feedback conversations
  • Assist during peak periods with operational duties
  • Conduct observations and provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching
  • Coordinate training and development as needed

Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong prioritisation and time management abilities
  • Confidence in producing clear reports and presenting findings professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong work ethic and proactive approach
  • Flexibility to support across all three shifts during the week
