Job Opportunity: Project Manager / Senior Site Manager

Project: 66-Unit Traditionally Built Residential Development
Rate: 325 - 350 per day
Start: January 2026

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build residential scheme consisting of 66 traditionally constructed houses in Milton Keynes. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, programme, and budget targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress to programme.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Deliver homes to exceptional quality standards, aligned with NHBC and company expectations.
Oversee short- and long-term planning, sequencing, and logistics.
Manage site reporting, including progress updates, risk management, and cost control.
Foster strong relationships with design teams, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Ensure excellent customer care and smooth delivery through to completion and handover.

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, or similar, overseeing multi-unit residential schemes (traditional build).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive teams to achieve high-quality results.
Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and compliance.
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (essential).
Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
