An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join a growing team in a well-established organisation based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic role for someone eager to build a long-term career in procurement and supplier governance.

In this key role, you'll play an integral part in implementing and maintaining procurement systems, managing supplier relationships, and delivering data and insights. You'll also support transactional buying, lead supplier reviews, and help drive best practice across procurement processes.

Your responsibilities as a Procurement Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate supplier questionnaires, ensuring complete and accurate data capture.
  • Support the roll-out and upkeep of new procurement systems and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct annual supplier reviews and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Prepare reporting packs for senior management and support supplier onboarding.
  • Assist with day-to-day procurement queries and transactional buying activities.
  • Develop and deliver training on procurement processes to internal teams.

To be a successful Procurement Coordinator your must have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills - confident with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Analytical mindset and strong data management capabilities.
  • Adaptable and eager to grow within the procurement function.
  • A keen interest in supplier governance and procurement best practices.
