Join an exciting, market Leading new build BTR development in Milton Keynes. As Leasing Executive, you'll be the face of the leasing journey, From enquiry through to move-out - ensuring a seamless experience for residents while driving occupancy and performance.
What you'll be doing:
Conducting viewings, handling enquiries and negotiating rental offers
Managing lettings administration, compliance and marketing activity
Overseeing apartment presentation and coordinating with agents/partners
Preparing reports, rent analysis and leasing strategies for the client
Supporting resident communications and contributing to a thriving community
What we're looking for:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, organised and confident in negotiations
Experience in viewings, lettings or residential property management
A dynamic, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
